Her work centers on predictive clinical architectures, GPU accelerated computing systems, and health informatics, grounded in a technical foundation spanning biochemistry and machine learning, and complemented by the strategic fluency needed to navigate clinical, regulatory, and commercial constraints without sacrificing velocity or safety. Her expertise extends across the full value chain of translational medicine and enterprise growth, including capital allocation and portfolio strategy, M&A integration planning and execution, intellectual property positioning, and the design of data sovereignty and bioethical compliance frameworks that hold up under real world scrutiny. Across complex regulatory landscapes, she steers FDA strategy and end to end submission pathways for software as a medical device (FDA SaMD), aligning evidence generation, risk management, and product architecture to accelerate adoption while maintaining compliance. Blake brings eight years of experience leading cross-functional operations at the intersection of supply chain, finance, and technology. He specializes in global technology optimization, cybersecurity, and practical AI applications, pairing a strong foundation in business management and information systems with hands-on execution across planning, procurement, logistics, and financial performance. Blake’s expertise spans end-to-end supply chain leadership and supply chain finance, from S&OP/IBP cadence, forecasting, inventory strategy, and supplier management to contract negotiation, trade and procurement compliance, working-capital optimization, and audit-ready controls. He applies data science and modern security practices to strengthen decision-making, protect critical systems, and build scalable processes that improve efficiency and resilience.

Within ARI Health, he serves as a strategic operator at the intersection of performance, compliance, and innovation, ensuring the company scales with discipline while staying aligned to the regulatory realities of healthcare. He leads the financial and corporate functions that enable responsible growth, spanning unit economics analysis, multivariate revenue forecasting, capital planning, liquidity event readiness, and the build out of the systems and controls required at each stage of scale, including audit ready financials, investor grade reporting, and board level visibility into performance and risk. Across the corporate lifecycle, he oversees cap table management and investor relations reporting, maintaining a clean narrative and a defensible data trail for diligence, and strengthens enterprise foundations through privacy forward data governance and sovereignty practices alongside ESG aligned operational frameworks that support long term resilience, partner trust, and market credibility.
